The 2013 Branson Fiddle Festival & Mid-American Fiddlers Championship is a Branson event of epic proportion to professional fiddlers and fiddling enthusiasts alike. The downtown area of Branson, Missouri will be a treasure trove of street vendors, festival activities, and some of the world’s best fiddling entertainers. The 2013 Branson Fiddle Festival & Mid-American Fiddlers Championship will be the 25th annual fiddling event for the state of Missouri. Families are encouraged to bring their kids for live fiddling demonstrations and mini-lessons on how to make music. There will also be a large selection of the best food and treats available in Branson. All guests are welcome to attend the Friday night from 6-8:30pm for the kick-off Jam Session and Gambler’s Draw.
The 2013 Branson Fiddle Festival & Mid-American Fiddlers Championship allows fiddlers from around the states to compete on a huge stage. The winner of each division will be invited to the 2013 Grand Masters Fiddle Championship in Nashville. Anybody who thinks their great with a fiddle is welcome to sign up for the competition! The contest often ends in a fiddling show-down, where the remaining fiddlers try to outdo each other with their best fiddling skills. Some fiddlers wait their entire year for a chance like this!
World-champion fiddlers and their families will be present for the 2013 Branson Fiddle Festival & Mid-American Fiddlers Championship. There will be private workshops for pre-registered guests. The 2013 Branson Fiddle Festival & Mid-American Fiddlers Championship is a 2 day event that spans August 3rd and 4th, so there’s no excuse to miss the fun, excitement, and entertainment!
